Water activities and boat excursions are subject to weather, sea conditions, safety requirements and

operational availability.

Turtle and dolphin sightings are natural encounters and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Guests should follow the guide’s safety instructions during snorkelling, kayaking and boat excursions.

Guests are requested to respect the island environment and marine life and avoid touching or disturbing

coral and wildlife.

Any optional activity should be confirmed in advance, where possible, and will carry additional charges.

Water Activities

All water-based activities are subject to prevailing weather, sea, and climatic conditions. Activities may be

modified, postponed, or cancelled for safety reasons, based on ocean conditions and at the discretion of local

activity operators. No compensation will be applicable for activities cancelled due to unfavourable conditions.

15 days or more prior to the date of arrival

Cancellation charges will apply only to the permit fee, which is

non-refundable.

Less than 15 days prior to the date of arrival

20% of the total package cost will be deducted as cancellation

charges, in addition to the applicable non-refundable permit

fee.
